I like that the weapons Zaraki has when in BB state are from Yachirus friends from her shi Kai release. A little nod and wink to Yachiru’s true identity.
2:06 so neat little theory i have about this unit here, that's his actual bankai, not his beyond bankai, notice how the weapons look like the weapons Yachirus shikai holds, so what i think is that the blade on the bankai we see isn't broken because it's solely incomplete, it's broken because it was breaking down to turn into those 2, which means Yachiru is the zanpakuto spirit of his bankai specifically(Tensa Zangetsu was Younger than regular Zangetsu, so there's that piece of evidence too).
