Seems like a fair comparison. One laser seems like a quality build overall. Xtool from seeing everything from other users,it's a quality control issue with their P2. Next is their slow customer service.
@ All those Chinese companies are very sales-driven; they have the money to give everyone free machines but are not hiring any US technician here for proper support.
I’ve been following xTool reviews for quite some time, and while I do like the F1 Ultra-it’s the only model that truly makes sense to me-it seems like almost every RUclipsr receives a free machine and sings its praises. xTool has successfully leveraged its big bankroll to buy credibility, but that’s where my skepticism starts to creep in. From my perspective, the P2 is a solid tool for lighter, hobby-level projects, but the XRF truly stands out as a machine designed for more serious production work-and it’s an incredible bargain for what it offers. Honestly, I think the XRF is currently the best desktop laser on the market, hitting all the right marks.
Yeah I think if you are getting into the game and doing light marking and even onsite stuff at trade show the F1 Ultra is pretty cool. You are right though…. If you want to get some real depth that isn’t going to take some serious time then a dedicated fiber of 60w or more is what you want.
@@tonystobb8364I second MakerDaddy, Please tell us about your issues with the F! Ultra. Those of us who have been looking at buying one would like to know why you went through 5 of them. I don't want to buy headaches, I have family and customers that provide them for free.
Correct! The RF tube has a smaller dot size a with have a quicker activation time. If you want to see the glass version my buddy Cam did an XT comparison to the OMTech Polar. ruclips.net/video/pjR9FdS8zY4/видео.htmlsi=L937nO_B68Q7cD3B
Looks like the One Laser XRF is in my sights now... I'll be replacing a dinosaur (2004) that has its own print driver that only works with 32bit windows. However, the One Laser is a bit smaller, my dinosaur is 20x32, and runs at 1600-2000 mm/s also a 30w RF. But at ¼ at most ⅓ of the price, it's definitely on my radar. Thanks for the comparison!
You should also look into the Hydra series. The Hydra 9 would be about the same size as the machine you are looking to replace and it has a dual tube option so that you can include a the RF and glass tubes. www.1laser.com/products/onelaser-hydra-laser-engraving-machine?sca_ref=7002598.6yzg4T5bvWCdr14K

Have you tried the Monport Mega yet? How does it compare to the X?

I tried to contact XTOOL sales; it was all AI, and some automatic emails to follow up my question, no real person behind it, a total Chinese company.
12 hour time difference with support is a HUGE issue.

Went through 5 F1 Ultras before getting a refund. While I love Creative Space, the Ultra is subpar to other fiber lasers on the market.

Appreciate the video
Sure thing!
13:47 But the XRF is s by definition more clear since is not a glass tube to my understanding

It seems with the Hydra 7, it's still only ⅔ the price and losing 5in andni can get both the dual 80/38. I can live with that! Thanks!

do you got to buy there software
RDWorks - free
Lightburn - paid but worth it
The biggest thing I will TAKE AWAY from XTOOL is the growing emphasis on their own proprietary software.
