No you mean a record PRODUCER like Simon. But yes she deserves a recording contract and I have no doubt England and Wales would make her album Platinum very quickly. But right now what she needs is a steady job as a musical theatre singer and give that janitor job to somebody else. It was hard for me to believe that someone with a voice like that is mopping floors and cleaning bathrooms for a pittance. I thought Brits treated their stars better than that.
