Yeah, boxing day craziness but I had to go pick up family... In Quebec you must have winter tires on from December 15th to March 15th, but some winter tires doesn't do magic. I remember when my father used to do whole winter on summer tires with his Dodge Caravan! But I prefer my Nokian by far :) I do a lot of km, so better safe than sorry! It's WAY to cold! Here's only -14 and tomorrow morning should be -21 and -31 windchill. This is a weird winter, we had rain this morning at is was 0 C!
Maybe they have an arrow (which give them the right of way). At least in Montréal, a lot of time the traffic light is the same for car and pedestrians but in other there's a pedestrians light. Maybe there used to be a pedestrians light. Hopefully they were not all assholes!

We all have a stop sign, is just that there's a lot of people who just doesn't care.
It's important to know how to use your wipers and the windshield liquid! especially when the road is wet, warranted your windshield will get dirty!

You guys's need some type of stoplight at 11:14. That would proabably fix the problem!
