Wallows: "Nothing Happens Tour" CONCERT VLOG - WORST EXPERIENCE EVER?! 9.8.19

- Hello Guys! I've had a lot of anxiety & a form of PCD from this experience. I saw several positive happy posts from others who attended the show, & know in the end, ultimately it's up to me whether I have a great time or a poor time based on how I react to situations I am put in. I just didn't expect for this show to be "rough" as I've had my little "emo" phase & know what music constitutes for mosh pits, rough behavior, screaming, ect. & I genuinely felt & still feel Wallows isn't that. If I had known that the fans consider them to be, I'd of avoided this by standing on the sidelines (pun intended) or buying balcony seating.
I want to share this video to be honest, & potentially help fans going to future shows if they're unexperieced with this sort of thing.
Also, we missed meeting the boys by 15 minutes :/ that's on us, & I'm so happy they came out to meet the fans waiting in the end & it just shows how much they care about them/us! I also want to re-mention that I did not feel privileged or entitled to meet them because of the time I had, but hoped it would have made up for it if given the opportunity. I don't feel jealousy towards these fans that did meet them, I still feel distraught however when thinking about the entire day, my choices, & the outcome.
xx

I may get copyright at times, I know the music doesn't belong to me but I do my best to express who's it is...it happens (just please don't strike me RUclips, I love you). *

I used to LOVE pits when I was ~16, but now i tent to avoid them, pretty much for the reasons you mentioned. I don't know, maybe it's me growing up, but lately it seems that people in pits are way more aggressive than necessary , even in "calmer" shows
with vip and waiting i was lucky enough to get barricade for this show, but i've heard from so many others that the crowd was insane. im sorry you didnt have a good experience :(
hailey yeun I’m so happy you got VIP & had a great time! I haven’t seen anyone post about having a bad time, I’ve seen a lot of happy posts on Instagram. & I left the pit so quick that idk if it ever died down or not. I have them on notification now so if they come to OH or PA I’ll do VIP & not miss it! ❤️
THE FIRST CLIPPPPPP OMGGGG
I feel this to an extent. I definitely hated the mosh pit of girls that I got sucked into from being all the way at the guard rail a few days ago at the Orlando concert. Came outta nowhere and I was just trying to chill out. All the low end ticket people trying to push to the front at any means made it shitty for the people that paid for the higher end tickets. I didn't give up my spot though but I did have to move a couple small teenagers in front of me so they didn't get hit and stomped in the pit smfh
I’m sorry you had a similar experience but happy you’re okay!!
Based on what heard I have no idea how anyone can mosh to that lol.
Patrick Ginart my thoughts but 🤷♀️ I think it’s just the venues average crowd type idk...
