I have few quetions related to it. 1.Does IFS have to stay out of country permanently after his posting? 2.Can IFS officers come to India sometimes after their posting?and how many times? 3.Can IFS officers give time to other activities like singing ani dancing?Suppose if they want to advance in that career, can they get that much time? 4.After posting, suppose IFS wants to do siging in bollywood, can they do it?
Sir being a hindi medium student how much difficulties i have to face In IFS.I am very interested in geopolitics, International relations and Countries Deplomacy Even i have read those novels which is written by Our Current Chanakya ( S jayashankar Sahab) and other writter also. But when i think of I am hindi medium student and faces issue in english fluency then i become very disappointed.

no not permanantly they work in diffrent countries and can come back to india they can also serve ministry of external affairs in delhi

Yes you can and in fact the govt will provide scholarships for whatever course you want to pursue
