So the reason there was no straw poll last time is a pretty long story so get ready.
Basicly in the straw poll after the Ganondorf Montage, Mr. Game & Watch and Roy were tied, so I made a tie-breaker, a Straw Poll bewtween just those two.
Roy won that Straw Poll... but getting the clips with roy was taking more than 3 weeks and I didn't wanna wait too long to upload a new video... So I decided to do Game & Watch, and then Roy after that, because getting clips with Game & Watch was way easier.
and so at the end of the Game & Watch montage, I made no new Straw Poll, and simply just said that Roy was next.

Roy is probably one of my worst fighters, but after seeing this, I may have to pick him up. That Jigglypuff spike after the rollout made me burst. It wasn't laughter, though I did find it hilarious, it was like an empty emphasized wheeze. I also like how you include your mistakes in your montages. Finally, I really love your whole montage style with the slight editing and no suck ass memes. Even when you do include memes, they're tasteful.

I mean, it probably is faked. They have 3 lives, so he's playing against his friend. The beginning clip would have been impressive if it was FG, but since he was playing against his friend, what probably happened is that he just had them fly into his attack for a good clip.

It's a pretty long explanation so get ready.
Roy has an unused alternate costume, it's just like his regular one but without his cape or headband straps. He also looks cross-eyed during an attacking animation and in his victory screens.
This alt is still in the game files as a 9th alt for Roy. The only thing keeping you from choosing this alt is the fact that you can only pick 8 skins with him (That meaning that scrolling to the next one when you're on the 8th slot brings you back to the first one.
I modded the amount of skins you can pick with Roy to 9 myself, thus allowing me to play as that unused alt.
I payed as that alt a few times when trying to get clips.
Whenever I go and record the replays with the clips in them. I don't turn on mods, so normally any modded alt that I played with is turned into the regular skin.
But because that unused alt that I played with isn't technically a mod. but just an unused alt. Vanilla Smash 4 still sees it it the game when trying to load everything (Skins, Characters, Inputs, Stages, Etc.) for the replay to play.
So that's why some clips don't have a cape.
PJiggles That's really odd. I've messed around with modding myself, so I know about the extra slots, though the unused Roy alt is news to me. That's actually a really funny thing I wish I had known earlier.
