Holy crap! I think I have a pretty good memory of the best music of my youth. Then occasionally the right margin of RUclips proves me wrong! Back in the days we used to listen to Energy 108 in Toronto, and the most grown up things we had to go were to take our first few subway trains from the suburbs to the vintage clothing stores on Queen West, and find the weekly chart positions of classics like this!
Oh Lord.....Jesus Christ where have you been all my life. Back in the day it was hard to get the artists names if you really like this kind of music. You just couldn't get it. Radio shows would play this kind of music live from clubs and i still had trouble knowing the name of the song. I still have all my techno and trance and eurodance mix tapes. This shit will never get old.

Clubs like gatecrasher, Cream, Ministry etc as well as many many nights up and down the country had atmospheres that will never happen again, it sold out and is no more. Yes alot of it was due to excess and the new fresh care free spirit. Those nights in house clubs will never ever happen again, the current nights in Ibiza don't come close. I was there. Love and peace.
