AWB had his worst performance in a Utd shirt, caught out of positions numerous times and poor going forward once again. Looked very lethargic moving around too. He waits until the like the 73rd minute to make a change. And worst of all, he tells De Gea to stay back in the 93rd minute and we still concede. 🤷♂️🤷♂️🤷♂️🙄🙄🙄

AWB would’ve got an assist had pereira finished that. He made a great run and it will never be acknowledged
Martial also played a great cross to find AWB for that chance and he made the chance he smashed over the bar himself but he wont get any credit for it

I think our defending has been awful ever since Faria left the club in 2018. Don’t judge a player on their pricetag, we overpay for all players. This is a club that still values and pays Jones and Lingard.

I can not put into words the disgust I have for this club upon hearing that Rashford has been playing every game with a stress fracture. We would rather risk the career of our young academy boy by working him into the ground, than using the endless supply of money we have to buy some squad depth.
Shaw was our best defender today and Salah is going to beat him every now and again

Shaw and Williams were worth more than 5's. They were easily 8's in my opinion
I have seen too many United fans just ignoring de gea's good performances and getting on his back whenever they get a chance. It feels like many of us really have been sucked into the idea that DDG is no longer world class and this makes me really sick. A 4 and a 5 is so so unfair. And that Henderson shot that hit the post was actually a world class save.
Pereira that’s a 1 and you’re done, son. Get him out. James was MIA. Martial fumbled our best chance at a point. Fred and Matic did pretty well, especially Fred who covered a lot of ground. Shaw puts in quality performances consistently and I thought was good today. Williams was fine, and I don’t think Lindelof, Maguire or AWB were particularly bad today but I would like to see AWB get better in the attacking half.
Must be nice to be Ole. No credentials, no style of play, worst start to a premier league season in a longgggg time, awful tactics, awful substitutions, persists with zonal marking which doesn't work, and yet he's under no pressure lol

de gea 6.5 - overall good but still needs to be stronger aerially. was a foul but ur not gonna get em all the time
awb 5 - got doubled up on and the gap between him lindelof wasn't good. little going forward
lindelof 4.5 - really weak in many moments, for away with a few bits of bad positioning. huge gap with awb
Maguire 6 - coped okay with waves of Liverpool attacker. shud if marked vvd but that was system not player
Shaw 6.5 - actually played well, coped defensively and found several good passes out
Williams 5.5 - again the youngster did alright given the game and surroundings
matic 6.5 - actually did quite well despite early booking. looked the most likely to thread a ball through
Fred 7.5 - could of put him in the liverpool team today he was really good. everywhere tackling, quick turns short sharp passes
Pereira 3 - worked hard off the ball but a no 10 is judged offensively... and he was trash. took far too long on the ball bad decisions missed passes sums up utd
James 4 - some food runs first half disappeared second. in fairness to him many runs just missed and n not played in. wasteful with what he had
martial 6 - should of scored but honestly was the only sparkle in the front 3. so isolated kept trying to drift left and deep trying for find space
ole 5 - i know his hands were tied but I have to hold him responsible for this zonal marking (we've conceded the most goals from corners.... it's not working). waited till the 74 minute to make changes (again) ffs are u blind? Pereira was missing and wasting everything get him off the fucking field for Mata. Greenwood has a goal in him we were only 1 behind get him on with more time to go. game management is piss poor it's like their not seeing the game and what's happening
Follow the Juventus model. Get all the pre contract players signed up early doors. Look at Juve's midfield most if not all are free transfers and all have a re sale value. This approach allows them to then sign ig money players. Bulks up the squad with quality.

Mata comes into form and match ready cleary building up to and motivating himself for this big game. What does Ole do, disregard the hard work and form of Mata for a player no where ready for 1st team football at United.
Mata decision making miles ahead, rarely gives the ball way which is a massive tool to have when starting attacking moves.
