The glowy primer shines through even a matte foundation...you get that lit from within JLO glow😊
I *think* it's not to make it shiny, but to defuse light. So it gives that soft glow, and then matte on top only adds to the soft look.

You are such a beautiful young girl. You have such nice dewy looking skin. I do not understand why you want to use such heavy make up. Enjoy your young fresh skin. Stick to a lighter coverage and save the heavy stuff for when you are a lot older. With that said I did enjoy your video.
