    Yes I've got a smallish cherry of the Rio grande, it doesn't look as good as yours in my climate lol. I have some growing from seed as well. I think I made the mistake of not using acidic enough soil, apparently they do like it very acidic, I'll be correcting that soon. I've read they are fairly tough but that doesn't stretch to our winters 😁

      Mine is in the same potting mix that I'm growing all the other plants.

      @@RealLifeFruitopia yes but I use about 50% perlite in my mix these days to try and eliminate my root rot issues but I've only recently found out that perlite is alkaline 🤪🤪. It probably reduces the acidity too much for the ones that love acidic soil such as my citrus so I'm compensating with Epsom salts or sequestrene. No rest for the wicked eh 😉

    I’ve got a tiny seedling that sprouted for me a couple of weeks ago. Good to know it is relatively hardy.
