I usually uninstall the game & install it again if nothing i did works, it usually works when i do that

Legos games do that alot, u might have to delete the game & download it again if u haven’t done it already. It usually works.

Did u close the application & open it up? If that dont work try deleting the game & downloading it. Most lego game trophies are glitchy.
