Awesome shirt! Cheers from Pittsburgh. Like some of the other comments, I also vowed to never play a headless guitar. The "bridge" also worries me for some reason. You made me curious to try one though. Another great, in depth video. The studio is looking awesome!

Thank you! Out of curiosity what shirt did you like, steel city AF or colecovision?
I love the colecovision! My family had one when I was a kid and I wound up making a little vintage video Game Center by collecting some old school consoles and a vintage tv. It will make a cool green room in the not too distant future.
The Strandberg has a great bridge. So so many other headless guitars so I wouldn’t worry about that part. However, I did do a video on a headless bass kit that was beyond awful and that bridge was atrocious!
The studio and many other things might be getting a serious facelift in 2024. Stay tuned to find out what happens.
P.S. if I ever make it out to PA I’m definitely going to do my best to go check out Lynwood Hall. If I manage to get in you, Ronnie James Diode, and any other musicians that want to check it out are all invited.

You know what, Steel City AF is in Pittsburgh isn’t it?
I guess that answers that! I got it at a Steve Hoffstetter show when he came to Lafayette. He gets a little political and I kind of shy away from politics one way or another but he is a funny mother fucker!

That's killer Eddie, I really dig the sound of that setup!

Thank you, as I said it’s not for everyone but I like it.
Both Seymour Duncan and freeway switch sent me emails about how much they like what I did.
Not gonna lie, that feels real good.

Have you tried the Seymour Duncan Hyperswitch? It amazing!

      Actually I have.
I have OEM status with Duncan and my sales rep told me they had something I would love in the works for years.
I actually had one before they were sold and had to wait to put this video out until they announced it at NAMM.

@@REXYLAB Lol! I am no way hooked up like you! I have slowly been upgrading my guitars with them. The triple shot rings are amazing but they don’t make bigger rings for EMG sized pickups

@@donsmith5385 true! And you need 4 wire pickups for the triple shot to work.
The HyperSwitch is really cool but not for the guitar it’s in right now. I have a plan that is beyond crazy for my hyper switch in the future.

So many tones from one "guitar" (strandberg), well almost a guitar. It's missing parts. Lol. I've heard Strandbergs are awesome, never played one. Always swore I'd never play a headless guitar. Now I'm considering checking one out.

The Strandberg is awesome! It’s not for everyone but it’s completely amazing!
It’s comfortable in any position and the neck is very different but extremely comfortable.
The only thing I don’t like is where the strap button on the horn is, so I moved it.

2:06 "machined screws" I assume you mean fine threaded screws as opposed to course threaded wood screws?
