why go out and earn my grade if it's going to be redistributed to me? That doesn't necessarily mean I'm lazy or dumb, it just means that everybody will eventually get the same grade.
Socialism is an envy based system that punishes those who work hard, but there are issues with unchecked capitalism like the Cantillion Effect and predatory pricing (especially by monopolies) to bankrupt rivals so that the prices can raise due to lack of competition. There are remedies for these issues, most of which involve encouraging small businesses vs larger corps. The key difficulty is that some small companies will grow faster than others and eventually you'll get back to the old problems. We might very well doomed to a anacyclosis-type cycle.
Definition of socialism 1. You get paid and somebody else works 2. You work and somebody else is paid Both are exactly same but everyone focus on the first one
it's the average for measuring a student's grade. For example, having a 4.0 GPA basically means that an individual is getting all A's in every class. Typically, in college, having a 3.5 GPA or higher is seen as a mark for an excellent student. Doesn't necessarily mean the individual is intelligent however.
Why do we have to have just one form of government? Australia is a capitalist country but has a more socialist style heathcare and employment benifits.
that's reasonable, it's not like Australia is generating less in its GDP then it's spending or has for debt, correct? what's the GDP, GDP to debt ratio, and total amount of debt that the Australian Government has right now?
The one said it best "I don't want to sacrifice my own things". Socialism is great until you run out of other people's money.
So many have been taught socialism is good and capitalism is bad. I see it a lot and when given pushback they can't defend why they think this way.
None of the students were able to drscribe the correct definition of socialism
LoL the hypocrisy is amazing. But let's hope it makes them think (unlikely).

"I EARN MY MONEY, but everyone else is just getting it for free, so we'll redistribute THEIR WEALTH!"
Good analysis

@@markusmidtboe957 lol wonder what that says about other countries that rely on Americans for charity and money and aid?

This is conflating two separate things.
Expand on your thought.
