Children, non violent individuals, even in some cases anomalous entities that are raised in containment.

I admit to not understanding how it all works, but when a sponsor pays for the episode in exchange for exposure, and the channel is either popular or quickly on the rise, it leads to much less censorship. The Rubber just has to learn not to be so overly greedy with random ads AND sponsors that they find themselves out of business by bowing to too many demands.
