I would like to give context for my intense reaction at 3:56. The door is supposed to open after the gas leaves. The stuck door glitch only happens when the game is NOT on hardware mode OR if the game is not on Windows 95 compatibility. However, the risk with 95 compatibility is that the game runs slower due to some codecs being unskippable in some areas. We discovered early that just running on hardware fixes it, and it's been like that for years. The run in this video was the first run I did with new conditions: on software mode on full screen. Now, software mode has been proven faster than hardware. There was also a brand new game launcher created for the game that helps resolve this issue plus other things. That's why we are making the switch to software. I was the first-ever person to get this glitch since starting going to software with the launcher, hence the reaction. Mind you, the previous person to run with fullscreen/software had no issues at all. I was truly shocked by it and could not process what happened. I'm still trying to troubleshoot it as I am trying to see if there is a way to avoid it in software/fullscreen mode without having to use hardware mode all over again. Someone also commented on my "jiggling man tits." I'm dieting and working out. Thanks for looking there, buddy.

Why even that guy at 9:35 stuck running backwards when killed bowser? Axis drift doesnt decide to happen at that level of trolling and wouldnt allow him to reach there on the first place due malfunction.

He's speedrunning a horror game and he's calling the game bad for y'know, punishing you for running at the enemy when that's not how the game is played. What a baby.
But he's not trying to play the game as intended. These aren't lets plays. If it's faster to go head-on with an enemy, you just do it. Do you do speedruns? You should know its frustrating to know exactly how to do strats just for the game to throw a curveball at you with bad AI/RNG/etc.
Lol. I can fill in some context for you. In terms of this encounter, it’s likely you’ll get hit. He’s not upset that he’s getting hit. What is happening is a game mechanic fails to work as intended. When you block that hit you will still take damage from it, however the block mechanic is supposed to stop you from being knocked down by the attack. This game has an issue with clipping where a single attack can hit more than once. In this moment, the attack hits his block which begins the “block broken” animation and then the attack clips and hits him a second time causing him to be knocked to the ground because he is technically no longer in block which is not an intended mechanic of the game. Ezekiel is the 2nd place runner for this category and his pb is 12 seconds behind WR in an incredibly optimized category. This is about 18ish minutes into a 87 minute run, and it effectively kills his chance to get WR and possibly even PB. Ezekiel is a pretty awesome member of the RE7 community, he spends a lot of time helping new runners learn and optimize their runs. Edit: Also, in this specific moment of the game there is literally nowhere else to go so even if you’re playing casually you are supposed to run at and around Jack and block his attacks. Casual players just don’t do it as quickly here.
