Genavieve, I very recently discovered your channel. The first thing I want to say is what an amazing human being you are! The way that you care about others is truly inspirational. It would be a much better world if everyone cared about others the way that you do, so thank you for that. I've been sewing bags for years, but I just got my industrial a year ago. I started sewing right after I was diagnosed with Lupus 12 years ago. It's is a good distraction from the pain. Everyone tells me I should sell them but it's hard to teach an old dog new business tricks. I could really use the extra money to supplement our future retirement. Yes I'm 62 years old and I still love making bags. Thank you young lady for sharing your compassion for people, your beautiful artistic talents and your business knowledge with everyone you touch through your channel!! I’m not sharing anything specific around her measurements. It’s more of a sew along instead of a tutorial.
I highly recommend buying the pattern with Sara’s video as she goes over way more than I show. Have you made these before?
I can’t find therafuse, I’d there a comparable interfacing? I want my case to be structured and not slouch at all.
@@sno_dash9817 I don't use Therxfuse in my bags. I use Decovil Light from Wawak and/or Sewfuse Plus from Castine Handcrafted. 🙂🙂

You will love the Fabricator! Keep saving its worth it! As for a lock. You probably could if you used an open zipper pull.
What tool were you using to burn down the zipper ends?
It’s a thread burner from Sailrite.
what foot do you have on the fabricator?
I keep my narrow foot on all the time.
