    Awesome video Zac! I felt good just watching you work - and I'm so glad I found you here on RUclips! I've been meaning to get into drawing these geometrical forms for some time now, and have done a little, but your sharing of knowledge is going to help me improve greatly. I thank you endlessly for the guidance and explanations!

    VERY impressive freehand straight lines....You have really made this look do-able for me , thanks. I find doing intricate work peaceful as well...I think its partly because you are creating something that is orderly and in a world that is often chaotic, control and order, balance and harmonious interlocking shapes make (me anyway) feel calm and good.

The intricate patterns and shapes are so mesmerizing, it's like a beautiful dance of shapes and lines. Thank you for sharing this, it's truly inspiring! 💫🔺

    Hi Zak, just finished to recreate this drawing but I struggled with the shading part... I only had an HB pencil on hand but I also used a tortillon. Do you have any advice? I know it takes practice to come up with great results! The gray values are quite hard to get even and with the right contrast between them. Also want to say thank you for your channel! I learn a lot throughout your videos.

      You could make a set of 3 reference swatches on a separate small piece of paper - a light, a midtone and a dark - and then hold up that reference to each section as you work on it to match the tone. It should be easier and less overwhelming to get the tone when you see the reference right next to it. I hope that makes sense. It's the visual equivalent of using a guitar tuner 😊

    Looks great. I've reviewed few times shadowing and found something. Please consider 3 white triangles around center tetrahedron. For me those should be splitted in half and also shadowed as they are visible part of bottom tetrahedrons layer. What do you think?

    Free handing that in ink really is satisfying, don’t need a ruler, be free, it expresses the hand drawn side of art, I really don’t lean towards computerised sacred geometry, art developed from pen or pencil so it should be art that’s expressed by a human hand, this AI art is going to far and too fast

    • @ZKorvin
      @ZKorvin  Год назад +6
