His calculations are mostly correct. They didn't mention what kind of batteries, but I assume they meant lithium. So the only thing I have to point out on is the use of lithium batteries as grid level storage, this is very wasteful and ineffective. As for grid level storage the focus lays on longevity high reliability and low maintenance and required land Area and energy density ain't that much of an issue Liquid Salt batteries, or compressed liquid Air like the company Energydome (technically they use CO2 for efficiency reasons) is working on are more suitable. Low Tech, cheap, uses of the shelf parts, nearly does not require rare earths with over 75% efficiency.
Thanks for reading and I wish you a good day

I'm already happy about the role Tesla and by extension EV are playing in the restoration of US Manufacturing Renaissance. Now would like to know how this is going to impact States. For example, will concentrate most of your activities in one or two states (California-Texas) or will you diversify your activities in many other US states?

Yeah! I think the transition to renewable energy is possible, and it is steps taken to ensure that not only ourselves, but our kids have clean oxygen to breathe for the sustainability of life in the future! If our air is full of contaminates from combustion of harmful chemicals that have been released into the atmosphere disturbing the natural balance of the eco-system, that not only nature relies on but humans as well, over a prolong period of time, the damage may become completely irreversible, and there have been signs of this type of damage, example would be an entire school of fish that wash up dead on the shorelines or an unexplainable catastrophic event that occurred because the atmosphere could not get into balance with nature! My idea is to create a small model city right here in America, with residents using all the eco-friendly stuff! Like certain materials the houses will be made of and with solar panels, and wind energy, along with electric cars, organic gardens, and some may want to purify their water better! Or use rain water, So to set this type of city up as a completely self-sustainable city, where people could come and take a look and get , an actual visual of what it would be like with all renewable energy, and it would be a very positive strategy into the right direction to show people the attractiveness of renewable energy as a way of life!

Well Elon, you want to knock this out of the park, right now today? Look at this. Hydro power is such a low efficiency device, it literally pisses 85% of the available energy away in the form of accelerated mass down the drain. Dump the turbines and redesign the system eliminating accelerated mass and increase the usable energy by five times! You should be able to figure that one out easily! Then you will see the usable low volume sites increase by 100 times. More renewable energy then you can shake a stick at. And what happens when you make radical changes in prime movers? Massive changes in opportunity.

Interesting choice of words in the title. “Tout” is defined as trying to sell something in a pushy and annoying manner. So the undertone is that the whole idea of a sustainable future, while physically possible, is not something anyone wants to hear about. Particularly from someone who exposed the corruption of Twitter and public discourse by the ruling elite. He’s annoyingly truthful and transparent. His timelines might be off, but he accomplishes everything he says he will. He doesn’t spend money on advertising, which supports the corruption of the entire media landscape. That’s annoying isn’t it? He won’t play games. He won’t sell out to corruption. That’s so annoying. We need to bring him down any way we can. Because he’s so annoying with his transitioning the planet to renewable energy. How dare he save humanity from a Mad Max dystopia! That’s so annoying!

First electric vehicles should be priority of essential work not Cheeto and Pepsi for Tesla trucks these are not even essential foods how can this be good economic energy. The trucks should be used for farms for fruit and vegetables and none meat protein foods products. Crisps and fizzy drinks is not food and should not be a priority for Tesla electric trucks. Energy efficiency has to consider essential work not a job market a job market is the fuel for degenerate behaviour and giving Tesla trucks to none essential jobs is excluding work industry as a priority and is a wast of time and energy. Tesla trucks should be supplied to Company's like Google, Sony Samsung they make essential electronics's like cookers, fridges, microwave and phone and TV. And for raw element material distribution for all work industry. There's far to much rubbish being made fueling a job market and Tesla should not support wasting energy by giving electric vehicles to none essential. The job market is the biggest problem it creates a false stimulus of economic. Everbody in a job market is wasting there time meaning any body in contact with them is wasting there time. The job market spread like a epidemic sickness and is a problem. People are more valuable as a consumer and never working than wasting time in a job market.
