Been trying to make milk foam for a year now and I discovered it’s all up to the milk, once you find it just pour and push the button. Keep trying untill you find the right one: must be cold from the fridge, whole milk with high fat content. Not all whole milks are the same. It’s so damn good and the foam lasts somewhat untill you finish your beverage.
Whoa can’t believe all the bad comments I just got rid of my old Kerrigan and this is the superior replacement. Same idea but far easier to use. I love that the whisk goes on with a magnet rather than attaching to a lid. I broke a lot of whisks on my old machine just taking it out if the cupboard. I would have liked to have the 4 but this was part of a bundle so won’t complain. Good deal all around, got cups, 40 bucks in coffee the frother and my espresso machine for 169 cdn. Now if I can just figure out how to make some drinks. I’ve figured out that I prefer the stronger varieties which shocked me.
Hi Bill, you can indeed use the Aeroccino without the lid if you wish. The lid prevents the milk from overflowing if it has been filled above the max line. Many thanks.
Even when only filling it to the lowest line, it will still overflow after only a few seconds. I'm tired of having to clean the whole device and half my kitchen for a coffee. It froths way too much and the milk has no time to heat up before overflowing from the device. I might go back to furious whisking in a saucepan because I'm just getting cold cappuccino's and sticky hands using this device.
I have the same problem, add cold milk to below the max line, it’s overflow and spilled out from the Aeroccino in only a few seconds... I’m first time user

The problem with this machine is that the liquid milk and the foam become separated so the liquid goes out first into the coffee, making it a normal coffee with nothing special about its thickness, and then the foam falls out, which is so separated from the coffee itself that it contributes nothing to the coffee's thickness. If im missing something on how to make the milk more thick and creamy - let me know. please.
It's normal that foam and milk is separated after frothing even on other machines. Normally, what batistas do before pouring the coffee is they will knock the milk pitcher lightly on the table to burst the bigger air bubbles, then swirl the pitcher gently to incorporate the microfoam with the milk till u see a silky texture on top. This is for normal lattes, but if you want a cappuccino, there will definitely be lots of extra foam on top that isn't suppose to be well incorporated with the rest of the milk. Hope this helps
the first pour should be into the sink to get read of the liquid milk leftover then pour the froth into you cup/beverage or just scoop out with a non metal spoon
It could be the kind of milk you are using and how fresh the milk is. I've noticed a big difference. I use oat milk, and even among different brands there is a difference in the amount of foam. Don't give up! ;)
Thanks for your question. Our Barista Recipe Maker is designed to incorporate other ingredients. Only milk or plant milk should be put in the Aeroccino.

I noticed that there is no physical rotating spindle in there but it seems to work more similar to a magnetic stir bar.
