Tom when jabbing with the left hand as you retract lean back on your right leg to bring the left leg up the jab is masking the lean back most fighters will jab left kick right but if you jab left kick left it can be a seamless transition thats not only fast but powerful as you rotate the hip round for either a liver shot or head shot

Few must thai gym in the north of england that would be blessed to train with u tom. Even a travel down to Johnathan haggerty gym where u could train with him since he wants to cross over in to mma
Can someone tell me how you can get a full sleeve tattoo redone? As I have a full sleeve which looks horrible to the point where I always wear long sleeves in public because I’m so embarrassed, any advice would help? Thank you
you can either get laser then get a new tattoo after it heals, if the tatoo is light colors, faded or has spaces, you can get a cover up if you go to a skilled artist, or if you really just want them gone, you can black out your arms. then when your blackwork heals and lightens a little, you can get like negative space white work done over it

That’s called cauliflower ear, it happens a lot to people in combat sports. The cartilage in the ear gets torn up, swells and then calcifies
