GIRL!!! What in the world! I’m apartment shopping right now and a 1 bed room with a den here in Lakeland is $1,927.00 when you showed the 2 bed room for $1980 girl I definitely need to just go to Orlando that’s wild
Wow 😮🥲!!! This is definitely something that needs to change soon. People are hurting out here and not too many raises have been made to balance out the super high prices of gas, food and housing.
Better off buying a house because the housing market is going down especially in Tampa. These big builders are putting up a ton of houses but no one is buying them. Therefore you get good discounts on them. Be patient
I live in Orlando in between altamonte Springs and Maitland in a four bedroom house two bath huge back yard for $2,100 for the price of a apartment I would look in to a home is almost the same price and you get more privacy and space.
When we sold our home a few years ago mortgage was definitely cheaper than rent. We are home searching as well but; the market is super inflated with nearly 8% interest rates, rent right now is actually cheaper for people if they haven’t purchased a home yet unfortunately 🥲.
We are so happy you enjoyed the short 😎. There’s several areas we really like but it all depends on what will best fit your families needs. Moving from Utah to Florida will definitely be a change and maybe a little bit of a culture shock as well but in a good way. Orlando is very diverse and a melting pot of so many different and amazing cultures. If you are looking to fully embrace the city life there’s certain areas we can recommend and if you are looking to be more in a suburb area rather than the city we have some recommendations for that as well…..even a few spots that are more country living. It just really depends on what you all are comfortable with as well as budget.
We already know California is expensive. Congratulations on the home 🏡. We’d much rather pay mortgage than rent but right now rent is cheaper in Florida.
Great question,…you can always evacuate since they give you enough notice with hurricanes or you can choose to stay where you are. Living in Florida you just kinda get used to them lol 😂. We’ve personally never had an issue living in a house or apartment during a hurricane but we definitely stay prayed up 🙏🏾
That’s ridiculous anywhere I could buy a condo or house cheaper than that in my area in Louisiana and just visit Florida a few times a year that’s how it’s done by a lot of people in my state

Rent is very expensive in all of Florida compared to the average income!
Extremely expensive 😭
700 ft one bedroom apartment over $2100 in Ventura California, which is utterly ridiculous.

We are definitely being patient. Market is for sure turning around ☺️

Ohhh okay that makes sense thanks for the correction 😉
This is good prices compared to $2800 for 2 bed room here in Atlanta lol
Geesh 🥹
Love this! Thank you! What areas would you recommend for a small little family moving into Orlando? We are coming from Utah!

$340 full house rent up $500 now 2 bedroom wash and dryer and basement , gated house
Wow that’s amazing 🤩. Where is this at?
As for the rent in California, I am moving to a place where my monthly mortgage is equivalent to the rent in California.
