The one problem I had was when I measured 1 level cup of besan, it only weighed 90 gms !! So then I measured upto 100gms because batter seemed a bit thin bit but I did not go upto 125gms. Then followed the rest of the recipe. Dhokla came out very soft and spongy. So I’m going to stay with 100 gms, instead of 125 gms in future also.
