History Of Buses In Singapore Part 2(2000-2016)

I don’t understand that why does sometimes LTA has to scrap buses that haven’t reach their lifespan like what? How can they scrap buses that haven’t become 17 years old or older , since the Hino HS3KRK died in 14 years old, the Volvo B10TL CDGE in 15 years old, some Dennis Lance units in 13 years old, some Nissan Diesel U31RCN in 16 years old , the Mercedes Benz 811D in 9 years old , the DAF SB220LT Hispano Carrocera in 14 years old, some Volvo B10BLE units at 13 years old
