If you want some cozy fantasy with some more stakes then some cozy books I would read a wizards guide to defensive baking by t kingfisher. It’s one of my all time favorite books ever and I highly recommend it! I think you’d really like it.

I think if you like spicy books I would recommend the fifty shades of grey series, now hear me out- yes it's very spice heavy and kinda the main part of the plot but there's so much more depth to it and their relationship. as the series goes on you really understand why things are the way they are. I feel like it's a good series if you love spice but also emotional depth to the book/romance as well. I feel like people have a lot of misconceptions about it but it's one of my favorite series/books of all time.

I recommend you to read Mates by Sobers Rodrigues. Its such a sweet romance story.
