He should not have been able to get away with that. He went off track and forced himself back on even though there was no room. Needed to brake and take the loss and play fair.

Not sure if this is mentioned in the sporting code. I don't think you loose the right of position when outside of the track. As long as one doesn't cut the track to get an advantage. (He had the outside line) I would more say the other guy could have made a little bit more space, to me it looks more like blocking. So the "universe" once again decided correctly if one asks me :)

After seeing these vids, definitely buying the game. I remember getting saves like these on Forza on the 360. Once got through a first lap pileup without a scratch but then got ganged on by other players and kicked because they thought I'd caused it - you ALWAYS got first lap pileups on Forza, so my tactic was always to hang back at the start and wait for the inevitable. Drivers in iRacing seem to be somewhat better.

@@NLNeuro Well, I thought exactly the same while spinning across the track. I guess it was definetely much more luck than skill. I will never pass cars on the red coloured surface at Le Mans in the future. That's for sure! 😅

The developers need to add the following: NHRA cars, Drift cars, Off road trucks and cars from the supercar series.
Good news, they have done 2/4 of these items

Several of these were people who do wreckless things to try and pass people, which occasionally makes a good highlight reel of them pulling off a risky move, but usually just wrecks the good players who race the way you are supposed to, the same way you would have to in a real race with real rules and a real car.

I see what you mean, but nobody crashed or even got sideways except the orange car that came across his nose. I don't know what caused everyone to check up like that, but there was no caution, so... not smart, but not against the rules. I probably wouldn't try it, but kudos to Casey for pulling it off lol

Number 5 what was that? In my opinion it was mistake and don't deserve for playing even is a God save. Number 4 is very great! Insane save and react from driver... Greetings :) and number 6 also good job! He breaks very late at last place where he can :)
Why is the Ben Billard one in here? He drove off the track and through the grass for no good reason, almost got himself in the wreck, then lost control of the car and spun up in front of the pack. What part of that is a highlight?
Wenn einem bewusst wird dass man als Menschheit für 3 ppm in hundert Jahren verantwortlich ist dann wird einem klar dass wir keinen Einfluss haben.
Number 2 is pathetic, they shouldnt race like that jumping the track limits and hitting each other, both should have been banned from that race.
Banned? Not hardly, it's the last lap and they were pushing the limits, with respect to each other I might add.
The track limits part was fair game considering they didn’t get a time penalty. The way he rejoined before the chicane is the part I feel is a bit suspect.
Based on the commentator audio it definitely appeared like it was a high tension part of the race, considering they were battling for precious points (Possibly at the tail end of the season) and many motorsports definitely see the drivers push the limits at the end of the race to go for the win.
Yeah, the first guy may have a point on the track cutting, but the battle was really intense no matter what you say.

iRacing no va a entender mis palabras pero al menos los que me sepan leer me entenderán al 100%.
Ese es el tipo de persona que en un accidente no frena y puede armar más caos, en esa ocasión le salió de suerte pero en muchas otras es el típico que se lleva a 2 o 3 más de parrilla por ir de héroe.
Que iRacing promueva que salga en el Top10 un tipo así de irresponsable solo da a entender que "Eres un puto crack y el que lo haga también lo es" pues muy bien, vamos a seguir teniendo superhéroes de estos en las carreras en mayor cantidad.

Mira, Casey tenia la vista bloqueada por el 458 blanco, el vio que freno y lo paso y ves como por unos segundos se nota como si nada pasara, despues el accidente ocurre, si hubiera frenado hubiera bloqueado los frenos debido a que deberia fenar de golpe, perdiendo todo control hacia donde gira el auto, era o perder el control del auto o intentar pasar por el medio, lo cual era la mejor opcion, el freno despues cuando paso todo el caos.
