You have no idea ... what gem u have given us... i am looking for these books everywhere.. but now i have them.. bless u.. honestly.. from seven seas away... thanks for giving me my childhood... love from India... ❤
Oh my gawd! My aunt would buy these books at Christmas time,a few at a time. It became a Christmas eve tradition to start reading one. Generation X here, 53, I am a kid again....
God I loved these books where I spent my childhood between these 3 lads, Ronald Dahls amazing mind, Enid blytons the faraway tree, Tolkien and his amazing world and many more. Every school report was that same. Has potential but day dreams all the time! Is it any wonder 😂 pure escapism from the hell that was school
I was obsessed with these books as a child and started reading them while other kids were on picture books. My teachers thought I was strange LOL@@PureHistorical1
Wow! Blast from my youthful past! Looks very this book series as a kid. I see only a few of the books here and can't find them in full form as read by Dwayne Bunney anywhere else. Can you post more please?! Thank you! 🙂
@@PureHistorical1 Oh you are the reader? In that case well done mate! Thanks for taking the time. I don't know why the whole junkyard headquarters thing is what I remember most
Actually I found out that there are 58 original books but just ten from Robert Arthur. In Germany they got really really famous, the books AND the audio plays. In total there are 232 books right now and still no end in sight. Plus fun fact: the three boys are ALWAYS spoken by the same three voices for over forty years now. From being children to grown ups their voices didn't change so much that they still speak the three guys Justus Jonas, Peter Shaw and Bob Andrews as they are called in the German version. The three voices got real pop stars and fill concert halls with 14,000 people attending!!!!

I remember the thrill at the library when I’d come across a new release of this series about 55 years ago. I thrilled to listen to them again.
Glad you enjoyed it.

These bring back memories! But why an Australian reader?
Because I happen to have fallen in love with these books as an Australian. That's my accent. Sorry.
