Remember Javontez Spraggins. He was a 3 star who we were recruiting his teammate Antonio Johnson who committed and decommitted for A&M. His run block technique was insane and started day one as a freshman. He's a 4 year starter now. I met him too. GREAT KID
You guys are totally correct about "Because he is from Colorado". As dad of another 2024 Colorado offensive lineman, they get overlooked by over half of the country. Very few players in Colorado get over 3 stars and even kids with 10+ D1 offers including Power 5s don't even get rated. Watch the film of some of the top 5 o-line guys in Colorado and you will see why they shouldn't be overlooked.
I was really excited about his size at first, now I'm super pumped after hearing yall break down his film!! 3 star U they say, I say CJH has great talent recognition and we've see player development! Great pod! GBO
Looks like teams are working on development without naming starters. I do believe we will see more players getting time, but I think some of it is to avoid young players jumping into the transfer portal.
My high school was consistently a 4 -6 team. I played at the youth level with Shawn Bryson, who made sports illustrated for kids at like 9 years old. He was amazing on both sides of the ball. Also scored the first TD of the National Championship game in 98. If you are good, they will find you. Go Vols!
@@samhargrove9602 what's hilarious is that without your last sentence, I'd probably still be waiting on Reed to send you a link of him and Kyler in the back yard! They seem like the kind of guys that would have ran with it...lol
@@samhargrove9602 I know Kyler was a stud for the Vols...Never seen Reed play, but as a white kid playing for Memphis I'd say he had to hold his own pretty well. I picture a young Reed wearing his little golf outfits hanging out in the Chinese restaurants of Hurt Village wishing he had Michael Orr watching his "Blind Side". Lol.. I think this is one time the pancakes would go on top of the Bacon!
Lil tip, put that light to the side instead in front of you. You can also put it behind you off camera and face the wall to provide good lighting. Also a coating on your glasses can be put on if you are on camera a lot.

Dan Skipper was a good one from CO, and at last check is still in the NFL.
PREACH!!
I cant stop looking at Reed's light in his glasses! haha! LOL. Love the Pod boys great job!!!
same here 🤓
Haha sorry about that but thank you for the nice words and support.
Wonderful analysis from Kyler “drop the fruit” Kerbyson. If Gage keeps improving he’s going to be a PROBLEM!
Massive problem !!!!

Thanks for listening and the compliment

Completely agree!! Love this kid! Gotta keep him locked to Knoxville!!
I love these breakdowns, whether they show good, bad, or who knows.
Thank you for the continued support… you the best @ Bryan
Sometimes they just get it wrong, there was this guy named Deebo Samuel that was a mid range 3 ⭐️. I’m sure you’ve heard of him lol
I agree! I don't know how this guy is a 3 star.
Don't under sell how big a deal it is beating out Coach Prime for the best player in his state.
What’s shakin bacon? We watching some pancakes today?
Yes we are !!!
@@reedbacon7 love the show!

What are your impressions of Joshua Joseph and James P coming off the edge? Do you guys see development?
When I first read your question, I pictured Kyler and Reed out in the back yard doing edge rushing drills! I guess I need another cup of coffee! Lol
@@christopherwelch192 That’s funny
