That’s for weichai engine intake is installed from Perkins but engine is weichai. Check your engine valve clearance according to engine manufacturer recommendation
@Technical.Education it seems intake for number 4 is at the very back of the engine on mine? I am turning same direction as starter, counter clockwise

Same with #2 cylinder, exhaust toward front, intake toward back Strange, #1 and #3 are intake, exh order as shown in your vid. I'll make a video. Is it possible intake exhaust order switched on some engines?

When I put number 4 in overlap I was able to adjust number 1 cylinder intake and exhaust but number 2 intake is on the open position.

Find TDC exhaust on number 4 and 1 cylinder if you can find that adjusting tappets is simple
