I would like to ask a question:
You said beta thalassemia major appears in 1st year at time when gamma globin chains are not replaced by bata chains.
My question is: when gamma chains convert to beta chains?
I am looking forward to answering my questions ❤❤❤❤❤
It begins within few months of birth and will be almost complete by the end of one year
