That also was a nice catch on telling her about the leaking hose bibb. Try investing in a battery powered closer auger. Milwaukee makes a good one. It has saved my arm alot. Nice plumbing Shelley

Found your site yesterday! Watched the vid where you retrieved a broken piece of rod that another company left in the drain. Kudos to you for finishing the work they should have! I like that your daughter helps and is interested in following in your footsteps. I used to clear our clogged drains when our drains started backing up. After becoming a subscriber , and watching more of your videos I bought ZEP DRAIN DEFENSE and started a monthly treatment schedule throughout the house. but you didn't check to see of any other water was shut off along with that outside valve. - it probable also shut off the water to that toilet you unclogged and she'll call you in a week when it's filled with poop
They should start at the roof and give a thorough home inspection when called to unclog a toilet…..I agree, walk in and start looking for problems…..you are the real hero !
There are 2 water meters. The second water meter is only for irrigation and outside faucets. It to prevent paying on your sewer bill. Shelly checked the toilet. It didn't make the video because it was just a flush. Good catch. (Bob)
