Story Time: In the ethereal marshland of Lyraea, the world seemed perpetually shrouded in a thick drizzle and haze. The spongy vegetation, slick with moisture, rose and fell like waves in an ocean of green and gray. Hidden within this misty expanse stood a colossal stone head, the statue of the goddess Nymara, protector of peace and harmony among the marshlands. Nymara’s visage was both serene and imposing, her eyes half-closed as if eternally in contemplation. Scholars from the nearby settlements of Valis, Thryne, and Morin would journey to her, drawn by the ancient belief that in times of chaos, Nymara’s whispers would impart the wisdom needed to restore balance. One such scholar, Fynriel Vaelith, made his way through the mist, his boots sinking into the sodden earth with each step. A sense of foreboding hung over Valis; the crops had failed for the second season in a row, and the village council was in disarray. Desperate for guidance, Fynriel sought Nymara’s counsel, hoping her whispers would offer a solution. As he approached the stone head, Fynriel could feel a subtle hum in the air, a vibration that resonated with the deepest parts of his being. He knelt before Nymara, closed his eyes, and waited. The drizzle seemed to intensify, the haze thickening around him until he could see nothing but a swirling gray void. Then, the whispers began. They were soft at first, indistinguishable from the sound of the rain, but gradually they grew clearer. Nymara’s voice, ancient and wise, spoke in riddles: "In the heart of the marsh, where shadows converge, Seek the root of despair, and the path will emerge." Fynriel listened intently, his mind racing to decipher the goddess's cryptic words. He knew the marshlands well, but the riddle hinted at places he had never dared to explore. Gathering his resolve, he rose and set off deeper into the mist. Hours passed, or perhaps it was only minutes-time seemed to warp in the marshlands. Eventually, Fynriel found himself at the convergence of three shadowy paths. The vegetation here was thicker, the air heavy with an earthy scent. In the center of the convergence, a twisted tree stood, its roots exposed and tangled like the veins of the earth itself. Fynriel approached the tree cautiously. As he touched the gnarled bark, another whisper echoed in his mind: "Beneath the surface, the truth lies hidden. Unveil the root, let the light be bidden." Understanding dawned on Fynriel. He began to dig at the base of the tree, the spongy ground yielding easily to his hands. After what felt like an eternity, he uncovered a small, ancient chest. Inside, he found a scroll, its parchment worn but the writing still legible. The scroll contained instructions for a ritual, one that would call upon the natural forces of the marshlands to rejuvenate the soil and bring prosperity back to the settlements. It required the cooperation of the village leaders and the commitment of the people, but it was a path forward. Fynriel returned to Valis, the scroll clutched tightly in his hands. He presented his findings to the council, and together they performed the ritual. Slowly but surely, the marshlands began to heal. The crops flourished, and peace returned to the village. Years later, as an old man, Fynriel often found himself thinking back to that day at Nymara’s statue. The goddess’s whispers had saved his people, but he couldn’t shake the feeling that there was more to her message, something he had yet to understand. He would sit by the marsh, listening to the drizzle and haze, wondering if one day Nymara might whisper to him again, revealing another layer of her ancient wisdom. And so, in the misty marshlands of Lyraea, where the veil between the mundane and the mystical was thin, the whispers of Nymara continued to guide those who sought her, leaving them with answers-and questions-that would echo through the ages.
At the risk of sounding corny, I must confess Orlando, I wonder if you are an angelic being in a mortal coil. Your cerebral compositions and narratives touch to inner depths of the psyche, and I can’t help but look forward to waking up on Monday mornings now haha. Thank you for your gifts to creation, my friend.

This one is extraordinary. The deep bass, the misty feel, profoundly spiritual, profoundly mystic. The picture too, perfectly matches the music. Shrouded hazy marshland, with that alien, deeply strange head rising out of it. I'm transported. Thank you Orlando ❤️

Good morning Orlando. Another great way to start the week. Yes you are correct in saying that we all need a nice lift to start the week off. These are so welcomed every time I see them. One of my co-workers came into my office and was wondering what I was listening to. Needless to say about 5 minutes later she's got your channel up and listening as well 😁

Thanks m9! I found a bunch of moss, mud and weeds then squelched them into my MacBook, and closed the lid firmly shut - that’s how you get this ‘alive’ sound. Sorry for over explaining but thought you’d appreciate the process 🙏
Thank you for listening ! Glad you enjoy : - ) I’m using AI tools like Midjourney to generate landscapes , there’s then a some manual stitching , tweaking and grading in Photoshop. After that I’ll animate manually in After Effects Hope that helps

Why is so difficult to find a moment of peace? its soooo easy to get angry, sad, tired... but peace... it requires the most out of you...
So very true, it’s because we absorb too much information in a day… need to find time to be at peace and just breathe
