Yes! As long as you can buy the tickets from Creation's site, it doesn't matter what country you're from. Last year at JaxCon two girls sitting behind me flew in from Germany just for the con. I saw one of the girls and her family again this year, and at Misha's Meet and Greet there was a girl from Japan there. Pretty sure there was a couple people from England this year too. I think it was disrespectful and wrong to ask him to lift his shirt. Imagine if the situation was reversed, a guy fun askes a women celebrity to lift her shirt, how it would be? Yeah, they're doing it on the shows maybe, but it's for job. Asking them in real life out of the blue is wrong
