I love your adventurous spirit. I'm actually working on a short story right now about a woman who loves finding new adventures in Jamaica. The character Jasmine inspires me to seek adventures right where I am (in Jamaica) which offers a variety of places and spaces to explore ... and which I've taken for granted for far too long. One day I hope to get on your level and travel globally. Now that I've upgraded to the PhD, I can start considering some countries to celebrate when I complete ... I also thought to mention that you've inspired me to get a side cut. My 5 year lociversary is in Feb. Though I love my locs, my hair is quite dense and it's becoming a lot. The thought is a little daunting because I've never had a major haircut, but I think it would help relieve me of some anxiety (wash and plait day is tew much these days LOL!) and there's the bonus of a lil' edgey change. I'm even thinking to share it on dis here RUclips. We'll see ... Love your blue framed cat eye sunnies, by the way!
Jamaica is on my list of places to visit, I’ve never been! I can only imagine all the beautiful gems there. And Yassss to the haircut too! It’s definitely the edgiest my hair has ever been, and I thoroughly enjoy it - maintenance is suuuper fast
I get travel inspiration from lots of places: Instagram, other travel vlogs, magazines etc. And I just keep a list that I’ve been slowly working my way through.
