If the offense is decent one year and the defense sucks..The next year, they'll pretend to fix the defense... but remove quality players and strengths from the offense. Or even worse..( they'll say...we don't want a dual threat QB, we'll make Dak a pocket QB..knowing good and well that that's not his strength " Since his Pop Warner, High School, College years, Dak"s strength has been his ability to scramble out of the pocket and throw across his body.. His success verses Tony Romo was not his arm, no, it was his mobility.. His rookie year caused the league problems because of his legs, my brothers, and sisters. Tony had lost a step, which still allowed him to ESCAPE the sack, but he was no longer the running threat that he once was..All while the Jones got richer.. riding on dreams and memories. Are they telling us the truth about what they're planning to do... ABSOLUTELY... They plan (and it's gonna work). They're Gonna.....

The fact of the matter is Jason Garrett was a worse coach than I even thought he was at the time. He was mediocre AF and didn't have a creative bone in his body. He wasted Dez Bryant and many other great Cowboy player's careers during his tenure. Who keeps a coach after 3 straight 8-8 seasons?? Jerry Jones that's who.

This is why I appreciate your platform; because when the 3 and 4 letter word networks have decimated Daks credentials, very few will acknowledge the mediocrity he's had to put up with (coaching, front office, and at times his supporting cast).
No one wants to admit how mediocre Jason Garrett was as a head coach. Everyone on those networks blamed Dak but notice when Garrett went to the Giants, he was let go almost immediately.
Cowherd stated that Kellen Moore was getting a much better qb in Justin Herbert (still insists that he's better than Dak but has yet to win a playoff game after leading 30-0 in his list), yet Dak was in the running for MVP and Herbet under Moore was abysmal.
All I'm saying to those who continue to blame Dak is ask yourselves this:
When Dez was saying things like "Dak get ready to be blamed again" and other 💎, best believe that the organization is literally self sabotaging themselves and a SB for their own ego.

There was also a story YEARS ago about T.O. when he was let go from the DC that did not make headlines. From all accounts EVERYONE in the locker room and management LOVED T.O. but Jason Garrett despised him. Garrett got in the ear of the Joneses too much and he was let go. I believe Garrett was the OC at the time.

Dallas has the old Texas oil money culture. The Blue Bloods care more about looking so called stoic and dignified over winning. I have been around. Even before Jerry Jones there was that stuff. Nearly everyone that was out spoken or rough around edges got traded. Watch the movie North Dallas 40 if I remember right and expose this. Dallas Cowboys organization has messed up contracts with many players. Dez was one and many others. They need to hear the voices of all their players and work from there. I’m only going to say this. When Dez Bryant’s contract expired, nobody really wanted him except Baltimore. Also Ceedee Lamb didn’t show good leadership during the playoffs. So I can understand why Dallas is being skeptical in signing him.
