The midday break at the Aljafería is not for the siesta, it is to eat the Spanish we have the main meal at that time. Few privileged people can sleep the siesta at that time.
And what about the second cathedral? San Salvador (la Seo), very impressive!
We were there some years ago, not by plan but I was so happy to be there. It's such a beautiful city.

Hello! Zaragoza has their own local beer called Ambar. But you can find most of the Spanish beers in Zaragoza.
