Pristatau savo pradėtą projektą, čia pamatysite BMW E21 restauravimo etapus. Automobilis 1976m su originaliu M10B20 varikliu.

I present the project I started, here you will see the stages of the BMW E21 restoration. Car 1976 with original M10B20 engine.

Nice workshop, only the joint between inner sill and wheel arch should be step welded not continuous, which becomes too stiff. Also the not original floorboards in front shouldn’t be with landing/flange downwards but upwards like the rear ones. But were nice weldings

Thanks! :) Are you're sure about flanges? Because i seen only downwards even in "Wallothnesch" they have like that. Also if it will be upward, there is no enough space for weld, because inner sill has a bent in there. :) Think will be good like done allready, but just curiuos.

Hello! Bottoms, front fenders and outer repair sills i got from Lithuania: www.valcasgarage.com/
Inner and outer complete sills, also other stuff i got from:
www.wallothnesch.com/en/
They have some repair panels. :) One and other has a quick response and delivery.
Walloth.. also sent me a catalog with other stuff they have in their store - premium place for E21s and other bimmers! :)

Сварочный аппарат Hyundai HG200 - новый. Купил и варю на нём с самого начала работы. Я никогда раньше не сваривал, практиковался всего несколько часов и являюсь самоучкой. На этом этапе я только что сменил сварочный газ, поскольку начинал с CO2, а теперь перешел на смесь Аргона и CO2. :)

Варил флюсовой проволокой но очень много искр!
Взял новый с угликислотой но ещё не пробовал .
