Great list ! One thing I just noticed about Bauer extended warranty…. This was pertaining to a handheld blower I just got. I happened to notice on warranty that it only covers 1 replacement for life of extended warranty…. Does anyone have any experience with this?
That Harbor Freight makes my local store look a little silly. I've become a pretty dedicated fan over the last 5 years. Before that, I refused to go in one. But I'm so glad I finally did. One of my next large purchases is going to have to be a service cart. I'm so sick of not having better tool organization, making multiple trips back and forth between my little shop/storage room. The ITC program at Harbor Freight has helped me out tremendously over the last year. It paid for itself on the first purchase of Fortress air compressor. I usually pick up whatever I can through that, as the sale prices rotate to different products each month. It looks like we may have a lot of common ground between us, so I went ahead and subbed, my friend. Good video.
A lot of people are still "sleeping" on Harbor Freight because of their past reputation, with the Hercules & ICON tool lines they now offer top-tier tools, I'm sure you've seen the QUINN line in there, yeah they're made in the same factories as GearWrench etc... for a lot less cost to the consumer. I use these tool lines daily in a professional automotive setting and haven't broken one yet. If you shop carefully at HF you can save a lot of money while still getting quality stuff, with the way the economy has been the last 4 years I'm seeing more DIY than ever before, several of my neighbors have their vehicles on jack-stands these days. The trick with HF is to wait for the sale on the items you want, I picked up the 34" full bank service cart for $500 and it's very well made, almost a mirror copy of the $2000 versions off tool trucks.
The most insane deal I found at HF was that weekend recently, where they were selling the 8-piece ICON snap ring plier set for $30 if ITC member. It retails for $80 and it's every bit as good as the truck brands, $30 is practically stealing a kit like that. Strap-On would charge you $400 for the same pliers.. any mechanic will tell you that all snap-ring plier tips eventually break so why pay all of that extra money
That's funny, I've had tools from HF last years with no issues. Angle grinders, ratchets, sockets, and plenty of others. A ton of brands are made in the same place anymore, craftsman, matco, gearwrench, tekton, husky etc. And honestly if you don't have an account with weekly payments the tool trucks don't care about you.

Hey I’m going to pin this(for a while at least). Hope you get some feedback!
A cordless ratchet would be another great tool to add. Makes everything so much faster and easier.
I have a Milwaukee 12v and it’s pretty handy.

Much appreciated! When I worked in a shop the little service cart was a life saver.

For sure. I have a set of Blue Point snap ring pliers that were like $100+
OBD2 started for all vehicles in 1996
Should’ve known that because my truck is a 96 and it has OBD2. Thanks
Buy at your own risk . Chinese junk . 20% restocking fees on returns. Plane on many return trips on the same product
Oookay Mr. haven't seen a paycheck in 3yrs since it goes straight to the snap-on truck

Now here's a guy that hasn't been in a HF since 1997
Everyone has their own experiences. I’ve lost more of the “cheap” sockets and wrenches than I’ve ever broken.
