When Shen Xing Yi changed his name to Kang, he finally decided that he couldn't be with Zhou Ying. But Zhou Ying insisted that she wanted to be with him, she even asked him to take her away. Then ep 74, when dowager asked her how long she had been a window. She said 17years, then dowager replied "I 39". Her expression... I wonder if she finally made peace with herself Edit: a widow. If that wedding scene between her and Shen Ying was imaginary, perhaps instead of still being a widow, she would have been Shen Ying's wife 🥲.
