I recommend downy woundwort tea, garlic and onion moreover drink 1 litre water for your per 25 kilogram more over walk regularly but don't lift to much weight for first 1 year but drink 3 cup of tea 🍵 Downy woundwort tea every day in first 30 day then 2 cup next 30 day 1 cup next
