Good info. I don't know that I agree on having it write one email at a time for an email sequence. I'd rather see an outline of what the different emails might cover, make sure they align with my buyer's journey, or whatever the sequence is for, then have it write the specific emails so I can confirm they align effectively.
In a video like this, proof of agents doing actual work would have been nice. e.g. send it an email and see what it responds. I didn't even see much of a setup of how it links into email, apart from totally manually.
Hey Ron, it all depends on the complexity of the workflow. I would test it out which is totally free to do. If you want to test it out using my link in the Description, you get an additional 2k credits to try it out (still free) so 5k total. Either way I’d just test out a workflow that would help your business and see.
I’m not quite understanding why this is different than just creating a custom GPT in chatGPT. Can you explain the benefit to using Cassidy? I’m totally new to all of this
Yeah for sure. The biggest difference in using a tool like Cassidy AI for this is you get to choose the AI model (like Claude 3.5 Sonnet, Gemini 1.5 Pro, etc...) for the respective Assistant you're creating. When creating GPTs in ChatGPT, you can only use the ChatGPT models. If I'm creating an Assistant that writes copy for me, for example, I want to use Claude 3.5 Sonnet because I find it the best content creating AI model.
@@RickMulready OpenAI just dropped the price of 4o-mini to one tenth the price of GPT4. There's no need to use a third party service. AI assistants via API basically just became free.
Awesome stuff! I've 2 questions: 1. Do you have a video on creating the workflows to automate areas of the business? 2. When you use your repurpose assistant, does it create content in various media or just writes copy (churns out carousels or reels).
Thanks for watching 🙌 Re: video on creating workflows... I have a ton of online business workflow templates you can just use step-by-step inside my Skool community: www.skool.com/ai-ify-lab/about. Re: the repurpose assistant, you can customize it however you want inside Cassidy.
I am a sw girl so i try to make my own tools, but as a business owner the decision is at a minimum based on ROI, data privacy, security, fit for purpose, ease of use, running cost, scalability etc
Same here!! I’m from software so don’t use third party wrappers like Cassidy cuz then my whole business rides on their existence which is too much stress for me, but agreed, build agents. My code uses whatever anyone wants and I come from automation background and can say it’s not quite accurate that you say you can’t access others , you prolly need a wizard like me lol
I totally hear you on this. I’m so not technical so Cassidy is a game changer for me. I’ve tested a BUNCH of other tools and this has risen to the top. Appreciate you watching and thanks for your thoughts. Always welcomed 🙌
So, from what i understand. Is it now possible to us this to get a customer service email chat job and just have the ai do it all? Because that would be a dream

Can you create one to write email responses from common questions and answers... But NOT send the email? Instead email me the original email and the response the bot writes so I can edit it or send it before I proof read it?
@anthonyrude well, let’s say you have the email sent to your Drafts folder in Gmail. You review it, make any edits, and then you can send right there. Is that what you mean?
@@RickMulready what ever works. I just don't want to have an extra added step to reply to the emails sent to me. I'm trying to lessen the work load not increase it

From what I can see, it’s a simplified version of some make workflow templates in a nice UI. Seems useful but not sure if it’s better to put the extra effort into just learning make as you can do a lot more on one platform and connect more apps. Cool though, I can see how someone could make a simple automation business out of this for the average business user.

Looks like you’re doing just as much work. Plenty of websites exist to do all these tasks, no AI needed. Customer service bots still operate from a set of specific prompts.
