Man - that looked like a total CF. Were you guys certified? Was there even a dive plan? At least you stuck with your buddy. Cool location tho - Im heading to the DR for a week of diving this Nov. Cant wait!
@kinjari I was certified the year before, my two buddies had just taken a pool lesson about 2 hours before this. Yeah it was quite the CF, and definitely not the best dive I have done (every dive is an experience though). One of the guys we dove with was having troubles with reg / fresh diver fear so the divemaster was attending to him near the surface for most of the start of the dive while we were waiting at the bottom. Wasn't that safe either, boats with para-sailers going overtop of us.

Absolute embaressment to the dive master what the f is going on. Disorganised dangerous and irresponsible.
