They’re “on you” because of this thing called “SPAH” I believe it stands for “Sales Per Associate Hour”. It assigns the transaction to the associate and must meet 100% of their goal. Former employee here from 2016. Hated management, terribly unprofessional at my location.
Yeah we didn't have SPAH when I was there, just needed to worry about the store segments. I do remember hearing rumors about them starting that since Victoria's Secret does it. My store team was great but our DM was ridiculous most of the time. Just to high of expectations for them never actually working in the store and knowing the process.
Andrea hm, that's weird. Was it maybe 2014 or after that you worked there? I know around that time is when they upped the wage. Otherwise I'm unhappy lol

I work at bbw in CA and the minimum wage is 10.50
That’s so weird because I live in Pa too and I got paid $10 an hour as a sales associate
