City turns a Megha City only When it has income generating sources,later the people mix.Unique culture that can pull people to get the identity. In AP people don't accept others other than their own. There is no such Vibe or Culture which can attract people to the city. Eg: Bangalore, Hyd,Chennai or Mumbai have a Vibe in them. Huge Cities with Good Infrastructure. It will take 50 yrs for Vijayawada to come to what Hyd is today or even more it may take.
