What ever, every has to respect indian CASTE BASED EDUCATION system. Don't allow to study poor people ( CASTE wise or ECONOMY wise), Feel happy for allowing to study rich people only by telling "CASTE BASED EDUCATION"( doctor, engineer, scientist etc ) As per law, all govt school must ask the CASTE, not the name or surname. Teachers may not teach A,B,C,D... but must ask to CASTE and provide the books etc accordingly, Never treat all the children's (orphan children / beggars / daily labour / farmer / tribal / military etc) equally on all govt schools, Everything should be based on CASTE. CASTE BASED EDUCATION is the best education. Indian govt(After 1947): CASTE BASED EDUCATION, Son of CM/Minister/Govt_employee/ metro tribes is eligible to study ( doctor, engineer, scientist etc ) but orphan children / beggars / daily labour / farmer / tribal / military etc... is not eligible to study. You are talking as if establishing start up is easy in India and indian are not moving towards start-up due to age old mentality. The reality is completely different. People dont move towards business and startup because the chance of success is very low in India and most Indian dont have the capacity to survive if they loose money in business or startup.

Bro money is more priority Everyone will not have the same amount of financial status for them Money is more important.. and u ppl discussing regarding that government has to amend the labour act in such a way how other country had made the law which safeguarded the employee benefits. And also we should think why more than 50% of indian economy income generation is through service based because of lower pay where other country government as fixed pay cycle based on certain criteria but in India our government system is worst so everyone are suffering. And also education system also should change.. And ur telling that u called some PPL for interview and u r telling they shouldn't think about money how come bro.. if youtube doesn't tell u on what basis they will pay for ur video will u take RUclips as ur professional just logic
You guys are basically hr guys talking about basic issues on the first years of a career. But there are huge deep problems in IT starting from senior profiles and managers abilities that will impact project successes. You are only scratching the surface of IT company's issues and teams. A senior with 20 to 25 years of experience in IT will know huge issues in each IT company. The reason why 80% projects donot succeed and no one in the teams even try to realise bcos everyone leaves the company one the project fails to deliver. And each will start new role in new company and forget everything about the past. There are huge issues in even creating a career for senior guys. For new beginners there will be huge opportunities all ways. You will have to start knowing the real problems in teams and companies with senior guys about 15 plus years experienced guys who donot even care to talk to social media or online channels.... .that is the reality 😂

In indian their is quality education but in foregin education their is pratical education why because professors are grapping knowldge or working so and so company and they are doing part time job in university or college and teaching what they learnt and what company's are going through. research is main priority in foreign country's like usa they research alot that is practical thinking we need in india too not book knowledge needed no more .practical everything is practical now like example:AI it is not their in the book professors should grap the knowldge from outside and convey to the students in that propective abroad is best is my suggestion in our country should be the same professors should be updated 50% and students should be same. everything is advanced now .humans are wonderfull creative thing in the world .

I too feel same about the cse,it students. But we core engineering branches have a least scope to study in india. Syllabus mida matrane complaint kadu experience of study kuda matters a lot.
Bro u r rocking and the way u bring guests are the unique but only helps the IT sector only those who went IT side it will help but like non IT SIDE are core jobs like civil and mech guyes are struck plz make one video on civil engineering guyes
Thanks and regards

1:17:46 I am very interested in listening to this type of content.I will mostly use your videos to develop My Personal Development Brother. Next Can you do for me Java Developer or Any Developer. How they started their career. I will be waiting for that

If it's Telugu it will be better for Telugu broadcast
