Well bud I have the other mat Stat with this shite dial that's driving me nuts, can you please tell me is clockwise turning it up. Your the 1st person to mention this

Hi bud , yes clockwise is turning it up , it’s a right pain and I hate it ! Bad design ! Best way is to make sure your at home for the day and raise it a little over time to make sure you don’t set it to high and do a it a little bit at a time and keep checking it

@@BlennyClown47 thanks bud, only got him yesterday for my daughter, only thing now driving me nuts is its set for 30c and the thermometer reads 18. Thinking the thermometer is useless hopefully. He was scratching the glass a while ago. But he's only a juvenile I read they do that in a new environment,, but yeah why make a thermostat with no arrow fuckin ridiculous. Thanks for getting back

Yeah it’s all trial and error buddy long as you just keep a steady eye on it and check it until your happy it should be less hassle ! But I agree , very unthought out design ! Good luck 👍

How do you get your thermostat and thermometer probe into that first tank?

You can use the built in cable runners to run the probe wire :)
