I tought the exact same thing. Ever since I started following the channel, I heard so many slaying riffs, it could fill multiple albums of multiple bands. Different styles, vibes etc... One thing that stayed consistent: Tight as fuck!
Ola you have every reason to be proud of how far you’ve come! I started watching when you were still in your bedroom setup, it’s amazing what you and Louise have achieved and very inspiring to so many of us! Thanks so much for sharing your talent and allowing us to all be a part of it! Stay metal!! 🤘🤘
That In Flames song is easily the best thing they’ve done in 15 years. Let’s be honest, The Jester Race is one of the best metal albums ever. The fact that we’re still even talking about them is a testament to how good they were from the mid-90s until it all started going downhill in the early 2000s.
Absolutely! It kills me that so many people only talk about Dark Tranquility and At the Gates when taking about the Gothenburg scene in a modern context. Personally, I'm a Colony kinda guy :)
My favorite Meshuggah guitar tone is on Violent Sleep Of Reason album! It is very in your face, the whole record just sounds so huge it’s very incredible!
The growth that you have grown up to is absolutely stunning! Keep on keeping on like you do and you will be as proud of yourself as I am of all of you! Love you guys and Happy Father's Day to anyone in your crew and you as well ola.
I absolutely want a 3/4 Solar. I loved the Jackson Minion Rhoads V's, wanted to buy a bright pink one... but they're not longer selling them in the neon colours.
Ola! have you seen the STS direct to film printer for t shirts? I’m a tshirt printer in the US and that printer is a game changer compared to the epson. Way cheaper and easier to maintain and faster output. It’s truly amazing.
I'm really curious about the speaker cabinet from 7:09 , would be ace to hear it tested by you in a video! Also, joining the others in this: amazing to see how far you've come from the bedroom video setup! 🤘🤘🤘🤘🤘🤘🤘
You know Ola is a good friend because when something falls through for one of his friends he immediately thinks of a way to support and encourage them. That's wholesome
Great video dude 👍 Loved the bit about Ikea 🤣 I'm from the UK but I absolutely love everything about Sweden and I so wish I was from there and that I lived there 🇸🇪
Hi Ola... Why do You think the RD shape of Guitar isn't popular?? I think it's a very gorgeous shape... like the Epiphone Lee Malia. Troy from Atlantic City
Hyvää Sunnuntaita / Glad Söndag / Nice Sunday, Y´åll! Correct if am missing some intel about your recent channel content, but YOU HAVE TO HAVE whoever dudette from Meshuggåh to talk about IMMUTABLE - JAG BRYR MIG INTE VEM, BARA GÖR DET ❤🧡💛💚💙💜🤎🖤🤍
I love the sound on Ligature Marks. Brutal song! And speaking of Orbit Culture, I started listening to them since you mentioned them in a video about a year (or more) ago and loved their music! Question for you; are there any plans for a new Feared record?
Ola, have you ever thought about making a Solar Acoustic guitar? Maybe one with a more shreddy neck like other brands have tried to do or even traditional acoustic?
Not going to lie, as soon as the opening riff hit, I started moshing in my kitchen with my cats. Loved every second of it and even started the video over again.
That Meshuggah article is definitely interesting, specifically the last paragraph. I get a little shade coming from Mårten towards Fredrik, which is 100% understandable. It's too bad about how Fredrik is with Meshuggah these days - his voice is missing from the new album. But props to Mårten and Dick for writing a solid album; Ligature Marks is one of my favorites.
There are some people who are into short scale guitars. I love the idea of you making a high spec one. And, it would be amazing if it had a locking trem! I would buy one.
My favorite guitar at the moment is my Fender Mustang. So easy to fly around on and is just great to have kicking around the living room to play on the couch. Thing shreds!
I will 👍 I would love to see someone do a half serious 3/4 (or similar) electric that's NOT just a cheap playschool type instrument. It doesn't have to a 1k$ pro...but at least mid level (possibly standard size) tuners, a decent bridge...(not a bolt on maple neck 🤣) ..etc..
I was awake and waiting for the Premier at 1AM & that’s the last thing I remember. Next it was morning and I’d missed it again. 🤣 Love everything you’ve done with the office. Really sick!
Have a great Sunday Everyone!
Love your vids keep it up
Shhhhhhhhhhhhhhhiiiiiittttttt
Thank you Ola! You too
You're awesome my friend,Love Solar!!!Love your Content!!!
maybe a rule of thumb on the riff challenges might be, if you've been in one before then you CANNOT feature again, give new guys a shot
Ola is a solid friend for helping Jen when shes going through some shit
Ola seems like the kind of friend that gives you a hot chocolate and tells some dumb joke to cheer you up
You have to use that riff at the start for an entire song. Brutal.
I was going to ask what song this is… I want a whole track. It hit hard with me!
Could be a new Haunted song!
Sounds similar to Engines of Death by Feared. Obviously he plays in Feared.
I tought the exact same thing.
Ever since I started following the channel, I heard so many slaying riffs, it could fill multiple albums of multiple bands.
Different styles, vibes etc... One thing that stayed consistent: Tight as fuck!
The ending riff was fucking sick also 🤘
Jen Majura makes me happy. The energy is so refeshing.
She lights up every room she's in, even if it's just over a video.
My words also, nothing to add
Totally agree. Been watching since the bedroom days too. Totally respect the punk rock DIY ethos, spirit and dedication. Inspirational, Ola. 🤘
Well said.
It's always a pleasure to see Jen on the chanel!
Wooow thanks so much for checking out my Limp Bizkit Bel Air mashup man! I'm a long-time viewer!
Thanks for having Jen again, if there’s interest out there, you should sell the shirts for us fans to support her ;)
Orbit Culture are one of the most underrated bands ever, awesome to see Ola plugging them again 🤘
Totally agree! Discovered them by accident years ago, bought all their albums from bandcamp and still spinning them. Blew me away!
Jen is adorable. What an energy bomb :)
You're awesome Jen! Woop woop!
You *should* be proud. I've been watching your videos over a decade, and it's beyond impressive how far you've come. And you're still going!
Ola, seeing the office evolve the way it has inspires me. It gives me motivation to get better at what I do. You rock dude!
Now that we know what's used for Meshuggah's new album, you gotta do a tone video with that rig!
I'm glad Jen is doing well !
The Legend of Ola: Majura’s Mask.
Anytime there is a Jen or Pix sighting in an Ola Englund video, it's a good thing...but especially when it's in the same video 👍
Great Sunday traditions, Happy Summer Solstice!!
Going to see Orbit Culture in Denver Oct 1st I AM SO EXCITED
Killer show! You stalking Jen was priceless!!! 🤘😎🤘
That In Flames song is easily the best thing they’ve done in 15 years.

Couldn't agree more. I'm glad Ola said it has a Blinded by Fear quality to it because that's exactly what I felt when I first heard it too 😂
Absolutely! It kills me that so many people only talk about Dark Tranquility and At the Gates when taking about the Gothenburg scene in a modern context.
Personally, I'm a Colony kinda guy :)
Absolutely! Jester Race and Whoracle are necessary listening for any metalhead 🤙
love that little Black and Roll bit in the intro!
+1 for orbit culture, shaman goes hard.
Also congrats on the office, you deserve it.
Bad Ass Intro🤘and Awesome Episode ; ) Thanks Ola and Jen, You're the💣
Love your channels and guitars and look forward to your shows!
My favorite Meshuggah guitar tone is on Violent Sleep Of Reason album! It is very in your face, the whole record just sounds so huge it’s very incredible!
I think I'm in love with Jen. 😍🤩
I saw in flames live a couple months ago, great start to an awesome concert 🤘
Monies Productions is such a great dude! Great for people who need some motivation. Always such a pleasure seeing Jen :D!
The growth that you have grown up to is absolutely stunning! Keep on keeping on like you do and you will be as proud of yourself as I am of all of you! Love you guys and Happy Father's Day to anyone in your crew and you as well ola.
Congratulations Ola nice as always making everything
Such a great personality, really enjoying your videos and learning a shit tonne about metal bands I hadn’t discovered yet.
Awesome idea combining the rooms, things are looking great, looks like a lot of work, you must have an amazing Team!
Happy Father’s Day Ola! You deserve your success!
Congrats! The office looks amazing. Best of luck.
I absolutely want a 3/4 Solar. I loved the Jackson Minion Rhoads V's, wanted to buy a bright pink one... but they're not longer selling them in the neon colours.
Happy Sunday everybody!!!!
incredible intro song as always
I've already got tickets for the Boston show, excited to see Orbit live
Ola! have you seen the STS direct to film printer for t shirts? I’m a tshirt printer in the US and that printer is a game changer compared to the epson. Way cheaper and easier to maintain and faster output. It’s truly amazing.

Congrats Ola!! Well deserved, we love you!!
Cracking opening riff, needs more!
Happiest fathers day from Scotia New York and MONGO!
That's a very wise business move , to make everything in house. Keep the videos coming brother!✌🤘🤘
Riff Challenge is brilliant!
Great SWOLA. Great way of sorting the riff challenge issue fair and square 👏👏👏
this song came out of nowhere. love seeing in flames go back to their roots
Great job buddy your killing it
excelente emision! saludos a todos ahi, desde aquí Argentina.
When I found your channel I watched a lot of old videos and the first new video that I saw was SWOLA1. I feel like I know you for way longer.
Ola have you ever thought of running a contest where the winner gets to come to your studio for the day and hang out with you Louise and crew.
It's good to see Jen... It's too bad she split with Evanescence.. but She Rocks. And Ola You Rock. Your Videos are like my Rock to count on...
You know Ola is a good friend because when something falls through for one of his friends he immediately thinks of a way to support and encourage them. That's wholesome
Hey Ola just wanted to say…HELLO! I love your channel keep up the good work brother!
Think you hit the nail on the head at 9:10 - Definitely got the Slaughter of the Soul vibes.
Checked out orbit culture, I dig the chuck Billy vibes!
I am loving how your company is getting bigger and it is REAL nice that it became a family business.
Respect for that \m/
Thank you for sharing Ola.
Definitely agree on Orbit Culture. I also just saw Soreption from Sweden on Friday night with Suffocation. They were great!
The new In Flames song bring me back in time and it's been awhile
That’s such a great office. You’ve came a long way.
One of the favorite parts of my Sunday. \m/
I'm pumped for the IKEA/SHM collaboration!
I’d buy a 3/4 nicely spec’d guitar for my 7 year old daughter. She loves metal and everything else. Also, intro riff is great!
Thanks for another enlightening video - Please try the Eminent cabinet!
Great video dude 👍
Loved the bit about Ikea 🤣
I'm from the UK but I absolutely love everything about Sweden and I so wish I was from there and that I lived there 🇸🇪
Dude! That opener was killer...
Oh, yeah. I've had that Fredde IKEA desk in my studio for years. No complaints!
Killer intro Ola!!!! we need to have an Ola /Corpsegrinder sitdown some day.. you and George would likely get along famously!
You are a good down to earth person ✌🤟🤜🤛
It's so cool watching how you've grown your company Ola. Grassroots!! It's very impressive and motivating.
I wish I could clap like Ola. Big fan from Puerto Rico
Hi Ola... Why do You think the RD shape of Guitar isn't popular?? I think it's a very gorgeous shape... like the Epiphone Lee Malia. Troy from Atlantic City
“The Wonderwall Room!”
Jen is a true fangirl.
Just recieved my new solar guitar 🥰 I'm in Love ! They are insane b

It would have been cool to see Jen do the Riff Challenge intro
Seeing Ola praise Orbit Culture is so cool man, they should be HUGE!
A Sunday of Happiness....to all....
OLA!!!! When can we get a coffee with Ola featuring Ihsahn?!?!?!?! Also will you ever offer an inverted version of the Solar headstock???
🌻🌻🌻
This opening riff is fucking killer. This needs to be a song.
Duuude, what an intro🤘🏽🤘🏽🤘🏽
A melhor parte sem dúvidas, é o seu bombardeio de riffs !!!
Orbit Culture .... Holy 💩how have I not heard of this band????? Big thanks Ola!!! 🤘
Ola, have you ever thought about making a Solar Acoustic guitar? Maybe one with a more shreddy neck like other brands have tried to do or even traditional acoustic?
There's many images of the IKEA studio desk on-line, look very Scandinavian in design (which is very nice).
Great SWOLA! Love ya Ola!
Not going to lie, as soon as the opening riff hit, I started moshing in my kitchen with my cats. Loved every second of it and even started the video over again.
Everybody needs a friend like Ola!
That Meshuggah article is definitely interesting, specifically the last paragraph. I get a little shade coming from Mårten towards Fredrik, which is 100% understandable. Moonic is awesome, love his Sleep does War Pigs video.
And a Mustangesque Solar would be cool.
Happy Father's Day, Ola, from America.
Jesus🤟🤟🤟 One Of The Best Swola Entry Faqing Sick Riff

It doesn't have to a 1k$ pro...but at least mid level (possibly standard size) tuners, a decent bridge...(not a bolt on maple neck 🤣) ..etc..
I think Orbit culture and fit for a autopsy is better than the new in flamas. Great video as always 👌
I was awake and waiting for the Premier at 1AM & that’s the last thing I remember. Next it was morning and I’d missed it again. 🤣 Love everything you’ve done with the office. Really sick!
SUFFER IN TRUTH!
That was was introduction to Meshuggah in 2005 while in Iraq. I was late to the fan club.
