Bear bagging sucks! I lost a couple of throw bags before hitting on the idea of replacing the nylon drawstring with one that is easy to break.
Nice campsite! Good video of the Nolichucky River with the hawk/buzzard. Uncle Johnny's is cool! I zeroed there in '22, but passed on it last year when the guy who I teamed up with wanted to do fancier digs (motel in town). I hiked out of Erwin with a friend from home who thrued in '15. Good memories!
