Nope bro especially in Pune the value of real estate is rising drastically. I had purchased a flat in central Pune for 35 lakhs and today the price of the same flat is around 80-85 lakhs... So that's why investing in Pune or Mumbai is a good idea.

booked a 3bhk in Godrej urban retreat manjari for 1.07Cr.. possession 2027.. not sure roads and everything will be done by that time.. back of mind all thoughts about cancellation are popping.. not sure what to do.. If I cancelled then there is no decent budget 3bhk near Kharadi anywhere..sigh

Government sab rate increase kr rhi hai. I request @saudaghar itne saara tax lene k baad PCMC koi facilities nahi de rahi hai. Corruption increasing no basic facilities in city. Iske upar bhi video banaye. Government ko sirf maal chahiye facilities mai zero hai. Indore city ko dekhiye. Yaha PCMC se wet waste handle nahi hora hai aur rate increase kar rhe hai.

@@akshaytaterocks they have targets of years , plus market goes down once tax hikes even 1% . Also check the issue of dumping ground in Punawale , everyone wants to sell before things get clear, sales teams are getting paid higher than usual these days to make hipe

Metro me khud ke liye lena hai to thik hai but investment ke liye lena matlab failure. Metro me jo investment land parcel ke liye 100 se 500 crore rs lagate hai woh tier 3 city me 10 se 30 crore me kiya kar sakte hai or return bhi jabardast.

I have checked with multiple sources that price will increase for only stamp duty . Which is 1% of agreement value it will increase from 6 to 7%
