देखिए पार्किंग की रिजस्ट्री सिर्फ़ पार्किंग के रूप में ही होगा। उसका उपयोग क़ानूनी तौर पर पार्किंग के लिये ही होगा। यदि आपको उसका उपयोग अलग तरीक़े से करना है तो ऐसा करने से बचें बाक़ी समय, परिस्थिति और आवश्यकता के अनुसार आप उस जगह क्या कर सकते हैं यह आपकी मर्ज़ी है😊

This is really serious mistake and maha rera needs to take corrective actions. Is that so builders are allowed to update directly the data on maharera page or they submit documents to rera. Who is responsible for this mistake??
It is a serious mistake and corrective action needs to be taken by MahaRERA. The developers are the ones who do the data entry, so it's their fault. However, MahaRERA should crosscheck the information provided by the developers, as ultimately it's the buyers who will suffer.
@@SaudaGhar in that case they must be charged heavy fine for this. If maha rera is not checking it . Also this provides developer to make amendments as per his wish from time to time which will be not in favour of consumers.
As far as we know, there is no location where PMRDA (Pune Metropolitan Regional Development Authority) is selling plots. If you have come across such a location, please be cautious as it may also be a fraudulent scheme.
On Maharera site, inventory numbers are always inaccurate . Also on another site, agreement details are incomplete like tower name/number , sometimes floor number etc.

However, it is at the discretion of the seller to decide the pricing of their product. As a buyer, it is essential to check the carpet area, total area, and the builder's track record. You are giving wrong information on carpet area on sanction plan which will never match with carpet area in MAHARERA website because carpet area definitions are different in sanction plan & MAHARERA

Rather, we highlighted a specific issue where some builders are intentionally misrepresenting the carpet area and total area of their properties on the MahaRERA website by filling in the total area in the carpet area section. Some builders on their sales brochures mentioning carpet area & total area (carpet area + balconies & terraces) separately but on MahaRERA they are mentioning Total area as carpet area. This can potentially mislead buyers who are relying on accurate information on MahaRERA to make informed decisions about purchasing property.
But sitout area is included in RERA carpet. So how does it make any difference? Finally paise to utne hi jayege, whether you call it RERA carpet or total area.

I have been looking at NA Plants in and around Kharadi /Nagar Road. I wanted to know if you have any views on 1. Earth County by VTP Projects in terms of 5 - 7 years value appreciation and Risk with NA Plots for the VTP Project considering they are selling it as separate entity and not marketing as VTP. Specifically , whether they can deliver the project or have leveraged too much risk.
The information about the carpet area is needed before buying, and only reliable option available by looking at the MahaRERA website. Index-2 come after the purchase and agreement. Most people check MahaRERA before buying a new flat. If buying a resale, then one can get information from Index-2.
